Meltdown To The Core started with the lyrics and the chorus melody, I was constantly singing the chorus around the house, as was my partner and daughter, so I knew I had a strong base to build the song around, the chorus really is infectious, and straightaway I knew this would be the first single to be released off the album, it’s upbeat, very melodic, the track developed quickly, the choirs on the track add to the atmosphere of the song, this is definitely a track inspired by OMD, simply because of its “pop” appeal, the voices created work a treat, and it is the only song on the album that I sing on, I bet you will be singing the chorus in next to no time!
